postal address at BLK. 16 Lot 2 Phase 5B Grand Royale Sub., Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan,
appointed & constituted, RENATO T. MONTEMAYOR like wise of legal age, and with residence and postal
address at BLK. 16 Lots 3 & 4 Phase 5B Grand Royale Sub., Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan as my
true & lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead for my own use & bene t, to do any
or all of the following to wit

To Demand, Sign and Execute all legal documents such as Reservation Application,
Deed of Conditional Sale, Deed of Absolute Sale, Contract to Sell, Deed of
Assignment/Transfer of Rights, Undertaking (Change of Ownership), Transfer of Location,
Relocation, Refund and other documents in my behalf related to my purchased property with Asian
Land Strategies Corporation

To Transact, Negotiate and Sign for and in my behalf any or all documents which are
required or necessary for the above purposes including any transaction regarding to the house
construction, house acceptance, house occupancy, house & lot improvement

To represent, negotiate, follow ups and transact business in connection with the
purchased properties with Asian Land Strategies Corporation, Malolos City, Bulacan
and other institution with regards to our property

To receive/get the Original Transfer Certi cate of Title and other documents from
Asian Land Strategies Corporation

To ask, demand, collect, receive, withdraw, deposit & encase any and all sums of
money or checks registered in my name.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-In-Fact the power and authority to do
and perform any and every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as full as I could
lawfully do if personally present, with the power of substitution and revocation. I hereby ratify and con rm
all that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof
