cocktail bars across major cities in Nigeria with its headquarters in the heart of
Lagos.
Percocet Cocktail Bar, Inc. will operate in a centrally located facility in the busy
streets and with a capacity to accommodate 50 people per time with enough
drive thru space and parking lots. Gideon and Tunde are the founder and CEOs
of Percocet Cocktail Bar, Inc.

2. Company Description:
 Business Name: Percocet Cocktail Bar, Inc.
 Mission Statement: Our MISSION is to provide delicious and innovative
cocktails, drinks, shawarma, and other assorted food varieties from a
carefully selected menu in a vibrant atmosphere, for all individuals big
and small alike.
 Vision Statement: Our VISION to become the premier destination for
casual dining and handcrafted cocktails in Nigeria.
 Management Team: Our teams span from the 2 partners/CEOs- Gideon
and Tunde, who will actively manage and run the business for no less
than the first three months from the day of inception. Tunde and Gideon
are professionals in the hospitality industry with their individual
experience spanning over a decade.

 Target Market: Our target market comprises of adults above 18 years
who have finance to purchase whatever services we render (busy
professionals, students, or nightlife enthusiasts, etc.)
 Industry Trends: The future trends when it comes to the cocktail bar
business will revolve around technology and software that is meant to
predict what customers want from a cocktail bar business. In the
meantime, we bring greater offerings from our carefully selected recipes
for both drinks and edibles alike, like healthier options or fusion flavors
(On Food and Drink)

the same business model in the same area but we’ll stand out with
unique ingredients, atmospherical ambience, services, and charismatic

 Menu:
o Shawarma: offerings Includes (chicken, beef, vegetarian) with
different sizes and flavor options.
o Cocktail: menu with signature drinks alongside classics,
Milkshakes, Fresh fruit juices, Parfait and Yoghurts. We shall also
consider including enticing side dishes like fries, onion rings, or
salads, and whatever resonates with the demographic.
o Drinks: Assorted drinks but demographically reliant
 Side Perks: Will offer delivery, Happy hour deals, Live music or
entertainment nights. (Thinking of more)
 Customer Support Strategy: Our customer support strategy will involve
seeking customer feedback. This will help us provide excellent customer
service to our clients, it will help us to first understand their needs,
experiences, and pain points. Regularly, we will work towards
strengthening our Customer Service Team and also Leverage Multi-
Channel Servicing as part of our customer support strategy.
 Inventory Strategy: The fact that we will need supplies such as white
rum, vodka, whiskey, dark rum, syrup, limes, oranges, soda water, glass
cups, and straws mean that Percocet® Cocktail Bar, Inc. will operate an
inventory strategy for ordering, maintaining and processing items in our
warehouse. Percocet® Cocktail Bar, Inc. will make sure we work with
“Just-in-time (JIT) inventory” – (JIT involves holding as little stock as
possible, negating the costs and risks involved with keeping a large
amount of stock on hand.)
 Payment Options for Customers: Here are the payment options that
Percocet® Cocktail Bar, Inc. will make available to her clients;

 Return Policy, Incentives, and Guarantees: Percocet® Cocktail Bar, Inc.,
our customers are our top priority hence if you receive cocktail drinks
that are different from what you paid for, we will sincerely apologize.
You can call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your
order and you can come to pick up the correct cocktail drinks. For credit
card payments, you will be refunded the sales price associated with the
error and recharged for the new items’ price (Bank dependent). For cash
payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the
new cocktail has a greater value than the cocktail received in error.

 Pricing Strategy: When working out our pricing strategy, Percocet


Cocktail Bar, Inc. will make sure it covers profits, insurance, premium,
license, economy or value, and full package. In all our pricing strategy
will reflect;
o Cost-Based Pricing (To set competitive prices for shawarma,
cocktails, and sides)
o Value-Based Pricing
o Competition-Based Pricing.
o We will consider offering combo deals or lunch specials.
 Marketing Channels: We will reach our targeted audience via Social
media marketing, flyers in local businesses, online delivery platforms,
words -of-Mouths Marketing, Referrals, Text marketing, Share Events in
Local Groups and Pages, Build Relationships with players in the event
planning and catering services industry, etc. Any means necessary.
 Location: Our ideal location will be teeming with high foot traffic, close
to nightlife or entertainment areas, Student environment. We will be
starting with a Kiosk shop.
