○ Support the child transitioning into free play.
Child Arrival/Free Play
● Engage in play with children.

● Ensure removal of mouthed materials.

● Guide material cleanup

● Prepare Organized Activity materials.


9:30am-10:15am
● Engage in play with the children.
Structured Activities
● Clean the area/materials used for the activity.

● Count children during the transition of rooms.

● Making sure children are lined up for washup and toileting routines.

10:00am-10:15am ● Change Diapers.

Toileting ● Ensure proper hand washing.

● Engage in play with children that have finished with routine.

● Prepare to transition rooms for gym.

10:15am-10:45am ● Count children during the transition of rooms.

● Turn on lights and open materials (if not already out).

● Engage in play with children.


Recess/Gym
● Ensure safe exploration is occurring.

● Clean up materials.

● Count Children

● Help children washup for morning snack


10:45am-11:00am
● Ensure everyone is seated and has what they need
Snack
● Assist where needed (refills, more food, cleaning)

● Ensure dietary needs are being met.

● Count children during the transition of rooms.

● Making sure children are lined up for washup and toileting routines.

11:00am-11:20am ● Change Diapers.

Toileting/Group Activity ● Ensure proper hand washing.

● Put on music.

● Engage in play with children that have finished with routine.

● Dress Child for departure.


11:20am-11:25am
● Keep count of children/sign them out as they depart.
Child Departure
● Support parent in pickup (moving materials, an update on the child).

11:30am-12:00pm

Lunch

● Child Arrival/Free Play.

● Children that do not sleep go to the gym.

● Ensure the classroom climber is closed and sanitized.

● Clean chairs and stack them.

● Wipe down all table surfaces.

● Sanitize mouthed materials.


2:30pm-3:00pm
● Return materials to their assigned place.
Sanitation/Housekeeping
● Prepare soiled laundry.

● Vacuum Carpets.

● Prepare materials for the following day.

● Debriefing.
