1. Establishing/set upping the environment(office and others facilities)

2. Communicating/meeting with director of IL&TT
3. Identifying the role and responsibility of TT&IC coordinator
4. Detail Analysis/studying of existing system (SWOT Analysis).
i. What is the basic objective of TT&IC?
ii. What is the plan of director on TT&IC?
iii. What are task done before on TT&IC?
iv. What are the strength and weakness of the current TT&IC
v. What is/are the challenges and opportunity on TT&IC implementation
vi. What are the plan of office on TT&IC in future
5. Requesting for experience sharing on Incubation Center(CIIE) for selected university
6. Preparing proposal to establish Incubation Center(CIIE)
7. Presenting the prepared proposal to management or concerned body
8. Implementing /Establishing incubation center(CIIE) For MWU
9. Identifying the primary and secondary stakeholders for TT&IC
10. Giving awareness and motivation for the selected stakeholders on TT&IC by preparing
training and seminar.
11. Preparing policies , rule and procedures that governs the operation in Incubation
centers(CIIE)
12. Identifying incubator/tenants for incubation center(Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurs)
13. Identifying/establishing linkage between (University-industry-community)
14. Identifying and documenting technology that previously done inside and outside university
15. Making the suitable environment for Technology/knowledge Transfer and Adaption in the
university.
16. Establish mechanism for Identifying, transformation and selecting Technology/research
output in the University for public/commercial Use.
17. Preparing well organized and documented document on TT&IC for MWU
