My proposal is for Hospital in our village

Project scope:
There is a village which name is Haji Yar Muhammad Kachelo which is located in
District Jamshoro. It is a small village. There is no anykind of health facility. People are
deprived of this fcaility for many years. They have to go cities like Jamshoro and
Hyderabad for treatment. There are some people who are poor and they cannot afford
transport and due to this, many people have been dead due to this.

Rational:
There is a huge need of basic facilities like health and education. One of them is health
issue. There is a need of health hospital for villagers as they can get basic health
facilities timely. People are not affordable to private hospitals and they can not afford
fares of transports to go to cities for their treatment.

Objectives:
Main objective of this scheme is that as people can access to health facilities easily.
They can treat themselves and their family members in time. I have thought to build a
hospital here in my village for villagers.

Technical Specification:
In this regard, I will try to cooperate with District Management and Non-Governmental
organzations as they can help me in this regard. I will also hire some other people to
help me out in this project.

Enviromental Impact Assessment:

During climate change system, villagers suffer from many kind of issues. They face
many climatic changes during change of weather.

There are many negative impacts of this system.

Community engagement:
For this project, I will also cooperate with community members and also take advice
from them and I will also engage with them. We will give some amount to that person
from whom I will buy a land for this project.

In this regard, I will also try to approach District Management and Non-Governmental
organzations for help out. I will provide them all details about village and issues.

Budget and Financing:

For this project, we need huge amount. Construction of hospital will cost approximately
80 million rupees. From these amount we will buy land for construction of hospital.
Construction of hospital will cost us approximately 30 million ruppes for two bed rooms.
I will buy land for construction of hospital for amount of 20 million ruppes. We will hire
some doctors one for male and one for female. For their salary we will engage with
District management and foreign aid donors who will support us in this regard.

Project Timeline:
This project will be constructed within 6 to 7 months . This projects timeline has no any
date this will be forever and I will gather amount for this project.
