TECHNOLOGY USAGE POLICY COMPLIANCE

I have read the Kirkwood R-VII School District Technology Usage policy, administrative regulations, and netiquette
guidelines and agree to abide by their provisions. I understand that state and federal law allows the School District
to monitor my technology usage including, but not limited to, accessing browser logs, email and any
communications that I send, receive, or store using the District's technology resources even if the resources are
accessed remotely.

I understand that I am responsible for any unauthorized costs arising from my use of the district’s technology
resources. I am also responsible for any damages to the District's hardware if I negligently or intentionally misuse the
hardware or technology.

I have read this Agreement, understand the contents, and consent to the terms. I understand that violation of these
provisions will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
