The ways of resolving the pain:

As we discussed previously that company has two main pains which are the competition
between the different companies & the increasing in prices of the used technological methods,
Therefore, our company used the below ways to resolve the mentioned pains:
a) Competition:

Know the Customers: Our marketers know their customers’ purchasing patterns, which is certainly
helpful to track. But there is so much more information they can be using to continue refining your
marketing plans such as Facebook analytics, it helps us to better understand what ultimately
triggers the customer to make a purchase.

 Highlight the Difference: We can use the differences to learn how to handle competition in
business such as our partnership with the most leading companies like Cisco, Nokia &
Samsung and working with them in different business fields like: Wireless communication
systems, Telephony system & Data networking FTTx in addition to developing internal art
of technology such as working on initiating the big data analytics dashboard solution
.

Target New Markets: When you have one market locked down, feel free to expand to new
markets, this is our company marketing strategy as we take the responsibility of introducing
every new in the field of telecommunications, for examples:
