PROBLEM STATEMENT
A new housing development has asked grade 11c Technical Drawing
students to produce a number of building plans from a given Floor Plan.

CONDITION
The house is a 110m square Domestic Building consisting of two
Bedrooms, a Bathroom, a Kitchen, a Dining Area, a Living Room, a
Patio and a Porch. This house has two external panel Doors and four
internal Flush Doors. This house has seven casement windows and a Hip
and Gable roof tops with aluminum sheeting tile covering.

DESIGN JUSTIFICATION
The Hip and Gable Roof was chosen for the house because it gives the
house a sophisticated look, grants durability, and protects the inner side
