Dear ABC:

I am writing in behalf of my client, XXXX with regards to the Compromise Agreement in which
both of you are parties dated Jan 1, 2023.

Under the said Compromise Agreement, you have agreed to divide the monthly pension of your
parents with your siblings.

However, you never remitted to Ms. XYZ her agreed share which caused her enormous stress
and inconvenience by making her incur lapses on the payment of her personal debt as well as
incurrence of additional interests and surcharges.

My client also reached out to you through the Office of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in your
barangay for settlement, but unfortunately you were not able to attend the scheduled date
designated by the Lupon despite the service of several summons per Barangay Case No. 01154-
2023 dated August 17, 2023.

With regards to this, please consider this letter as the FINAL DEMAND of Ms. XYZ for you to
comply with the compromise you have signed in the afore mentioned agreement. Otherwise, we
will be constrained to file the appropriate legal charges against you before the court.
