APPROVED RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION NO. 2021 – 01

A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE GIVING OF AWARDS AND RECOGNITION TO OUTSTANDING

TEACHERS

WHEREAS, the Head Teacher of Evangelista Elementary School invited the representatives of the
School Governing Council, GPTA, Teachers’ Association and other stakeholders on August 20, 2021
at the Office of the School Principal;

WHEREAS, the agenda of the meeting was the giving of awards and recognition of the Outstanding
Teachers during the World Teachers’ Day celebration;

WHEREAS, the criteria in selecting the Outstanding Teacher/s is based on the PRAISE;

WHEREAS, the School PRAISE Committee will conduct the screening process of the nominees based
on the submitted documents;

WHEREAS, the School PRAISE Committee is composed of the representatives of SGC, GPTA,
Teachers’ Association and other stakeholders to be invited;

WHEREAS, the awards and recognition will be in monetary amounting to One Thousand pesos
(Php1,000.00) and Certificate of Recognition;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved that the giving of awards and recognition to
Outstanding Teacher/s of the school every World Teachers’ Day be adopted.

Done this August 20, 2021 at Evangelista Elementary School, Paoay District, Paoay, Ilocos Norte,
Philippines.
