● Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates for contract roles.

● Establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants and vendors.
● Collaborating within the team to understand client requirements.
● Marketing and promoting consultants to potential clients.
● Tracking and managing consultant submissions and interviews.
● Negotiating and finalising contract terms and agreements.
