Revenue Village No: 169 In the villages of Manamai Village and Gadambadi Village, about 70
acres of Nanjai lands were illegally acquired, but the departmental approvals for land
divisions, unobstructed certificates, and change of land classifications were not obtained in
the rainy season. About the petition requesting action to be taken against the construction of
a retaining wall to stop the flood of excess water coming through Kalingu of the lakes and
causing great danger and the roads, streets, buildings, etc. are acting in violation of the law,
conditions, regulations, and nature.

In the petitioner's letter, which is seen in the view, the petitioner has stated that about 70
acres of Nanjai lands in the village of Thirukkalugundam Taluk and Kadampadi villages were illegally
sub-divided and purchased without any permission or certificates, he filed a petition.

Therefore, the district attorney is requested to take action regarding the above matter inform
the petitioner, and send the report. I want to inform you that I am sending the petitioner's original
petition herewith.
