MEMORANDUM – Announcement on Productivity Boost Incentive for 10.10 Campaign – Langkawi Hub

In order to meet SPX Express’ objective to clear backlog and improve operational efficiency, management
has decided to provide a Productivity Boost Incentive for the following two days: 16 Oct 2023 and 17 Oct
2023 (“Relevant Period”). This Productivity Boost Incentive is only applicable to selected hubs that are
explicitly named, which we anticipate experiencing high parcel volumes beyond the hubs’ capacities during
the Relevant Period.

This Productivity Boost Incentive is open to all Full-time and Part-time last mile couriers for Langkawi
Hub couriers who meet the following criteria:

(a) work on all days during the Relevant Period; and

(b) meet the average productivity target for the Relevant Period.

More details of the average productivity target for the Relevant Period and applicable incentive amount
can be seen as follows:

Payout of the Productivity Boost Incentive is always subject to SPX Express management’s discretion
and any foul play by last mile courier will result in disqualification of incentive payout. Any eligible last
mile courier who qualifies for the payout will receive the Productivity Boost Incentive payout in this
month’s payroll from their employer.

SPX Express encourages all last mile couriers to put forth their best efforts to meet the above-mentioned
criteria and earn the applicable Productivity Boost Incentive payout.
