Objective: To ensure food safety in the process.

Procedure:
 At factory gate visitor (s) is directed by security guard to report to security supervisor in his office.
 Security person will enter date, Time of reporting, his name, and address, whom to meet along with
vehicle number if he/she has come through vehicle in the log book duly signed by both the visitor &
security personal.
 Details of the visitor and if any non-conformity is informed over the phone to concern person.
 After obtaining the permission, visitor to be issued an entry pass and identity card by security
supervisor.
 Most of the cases visitor can meet the person at administrative office only.
 The visitor will report to the Security Person, he will ask to fill up the visitor entry check list, if the
security person satisfies with the filled check list then only, he is allowed to enter into the concerned
area. In case of any non-conformity to the conditions mentioned there in, he will be asked not to enter
inside the process area, which includes production, packing & dispatch.
 (If any condition unsatisfied with the check list the HR Person will not allow
him/ her into the process area).
 Generally, visitors should be discouraged from going inside the food handling areas, unless
necessary. Proper care has to be taken to ensure that food safety &hygiene is not getting
compromised due to visitors in the floor area.
 Before entering the process area, the visitor must wear the provided disposal cap, remove jewelry,
wrist watch, rings, any plastic materials etc & deposit at security area.
 Visitor is not permitted to carry any camera inside. If he carries any mobile having such provision of
taking snaps also to be deposited to the security person.
 On completion of the visit, visitor entry pass is acknowledged by the visiting official.

 If any deposits of the visitor lying with security person, is taken back by the visitor before he leaves
the factory.
 Out time is mentioned in both register and entry pass by security supervisor.
 Visitor pass & its records are being verified by Manager Operations.

Visitor’s instructions:
Please note and adhere to following instructions throughout your visit period:
 Do not smoke or chew tobacco & Gutkha /pan masala within the factory premises.
 Do not wear a watch and jewelry and any open metal or hard plastic item.
 Always wear an apron, cap and beard guard if having beard.
 Always be accompanied by authorized personnel during your visit.
 Wash hands with water & liquid soap.
 Use air drier for drying your hands.
 Apply IPA Solution at the entrance.
 Do not handle/touch any food product in the manufacturing area

If Visitor has below mentioned infectious disease should be inform to Security person
 Diarrhea
 Vomiting
 Fever
 Sore throat with fever
 Visibly infected skin lesions (Boil, Cuts, Leprosy etc.)
 Discharge from Ear, Eye or nose.
 open wound
 Conjunctivitis
 Jaundice

If Visitor has below mentioned infectious disease from last SIX MONTHS should be inform to
