ARTICLES RULES:
1 focus on sounds example:
 A university (because "university" starts with a "ju" sound, which is a consonant sound).
 An hour (because "hour" starts with an "au" sound, which is a vowel sound).
 A one-bedroom apartment (because "one" starts with a "w" sound, which is a consonant
sound).
