ARTICLES RULES:
1 focus on sounds example:
A university (because "university" starts with a "ju" sound, which is a consonant sound).
An hour (because "hour" starts with an "au" sound, which is a vowel sound).
A one-bedroom apartment (because "one" starts with a "w" sound, which is a consonant
sound).
An NBA game (because "NBA" is pronounced as "en-bee-ay," and "en" starts with a vowel

2: a/an is used with singular common nouns. No article is used with proper noun. No article is used
with rather we use “some” uncountable noun. “The” is used with specific singular/plural noun
