February 2020. We are also excited to inform you that the after every training
schedule, the output of your assigned participants will surely benefit your LGU
Department Offices and most importantly your constituents for they will be
expecting a faster, reliable, and efficient office transactions on records retrieval
and research.
These are all computer related trainings which are practical, economical, USER
FRIENDLY and would surely help you meet the ISO standards. You can find details
of our 2019 - 2020 schedules of trainings/seminars below. In the enclosure, a back to

- Reservation is recommended for the purpose of assessing if we have reached the required
minimum number of participants especially with the schedules outside of Baguio City.
- Prices may vary according to type of training, hotel rates, season and location of venue
- Since schedules are subject to changes without prior notice, please find time to text, call or
email us of your interest upon receipt of this letter for us to update you of any changes.
It would be our great honor if you join us and bring your officers and personnel
concerned to any of the scheduled training. In case your agenda does not allow you
to attend this seminar we would appreciate if you can appoint the some of the records
personnel to represent your LGU in the training.

NOTE:
• Should there be untoward incidents such as force of nature, war or even if the desired number of
participants isn’t achieved (Minimum of 20 pax), a given schedule maybe subject to change without prior
notice. It is therefore requested that you inform us of your interest upon receipt of this letter for us to
keep you informed.
• Itinerary on the 1st day, Morning will be for registration and shall officially start in the afternoon, Full day
workshop on the 2nd day and Last day will be allotted for Tutorials before check out at 12:00 NN. Meals and
snacks start lunch on the 1st day and ends lunch on the last day of training.
