Dear Ma'am/Sir,

We, the BPEd students of Capiz State University Pontevedra, are excited to present our
proposal for a service learning activity with the theme "Ipagdumala ang kaayuhan Sa
kabataan: Kalawasan amligan, pagkahibalo dugangan pama-agi sa sining masadya nga pakig
ambit sa mga programa sang Edukasyon Pisikal." on January 13, 14, 20, 21 and 27, 2024
8:00am to 4:00pm. that seeks to forge a partnership between our class and the esteemed
community of Barangay Bailan.

Our collective objective is to organize a Coaching and Sports Clinic, offering education and
training on sports in specifically Volleyball activities for the children in Barangay Bailan. We
believe this initiative not only serves to enhance the physical well-being of the community
but also provides invaluable experiential learning opportunities for our entire class of pre-
service teachers.

The benefits of this project extend beyond the development of physical skills and community
engagement. It aims to foster a positive relationship between academia and the local
community, contributing to the shared growth of both Capiz State University Pontevedra and
Barangay Bailan.

We are enthusiastic about the potential impact of this collaboration and are confident that this
project aligns with the goals of both our university and Barangay Bailan.
