Subject : Constitution of the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Buenlag

Pursuant to Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and its
Implementing Rules and Regulations,theBarangay Development Counci(BDC) of
Barangay,Buenlag,Calasiao,Pangasinan is hereby constituted as follows:

Section 1. Composition – The Barangay Development Council (BDC) shall be composed of the
following:

1. JUANITO E. MAYNIGO, Punong Barangay –Chairperson

2. REAGAN P. QUILATON ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
3. EDWARD A. DE VERA ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
4. ARMANDO M. PERALTA ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
5. FLORENCIO Q. PERALTA,JR.,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
6. MELVIN P. DE VERA ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
7. JOEL Q. BAUZON, JR. ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
8. RONALD Q. QUINTO ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
9. JOHN REY P. DE VERA ,Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson–Member
10. ANGELITA C. MEJIA ,Representative of RIC –Member
11. JOSEFINA A. PALAMING ,Representative of BHW–Member
12. MARILYN C. FERNANDEZ ,Representative of PTA–Member
13. KAREN MAE Q. GARCIA ,Representative of 4H-Club–Member
14. JESSICA GUECO ,Representative of Hon. Rosemarie J. Arenas–

Section2.Functions of BDC-The BDC shall have the following functions:

1. Mobilize people's participation in local development efforts;

2. Prepare barangay development plans based on local requirements;
3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of national or local programs and
projects;and
4. Perform such other functions as may be provided by law or competent authority.

Section 3. BDC Executive Committee - The BDC Executive Committee shall likewise be
constituted with the following composition:

1. JUANITO E. MAYNIGO ,PunongBarangay –Chairperson

2. RONALD Q. QUINTO ,Sangguniang Barangay Member–Member
3. ANGELITA C. MEJIA ,Representative of RIC –Member

Section 4. Functions of the BDC Executive Committee – The BDC Execomm shall have the
following functions:

1. Ensurethat the decision of the council are faithfully carried out and implemented;
2. Act on matters requiring immediate attention or action by the council;
 3. Formulate policies, plans, and programs based on the general principles laid
down by the council; and
4. Act on other matters that may be authorized by the council.

Section5. BDC Secretariat–The BDC Secretariat shall be created,composed by the following:

1. JASMIN P. TAROG ,Barangay Secretary–Chairperson

2. ANDREA C. ABALOS ,Member
3. JIZAMAE LIZA P. UNTALAN Member

Section 6. Functions of the BDC Secretariat – The BDC Secretariat shall have the
following functions:

1. Provide technical support to the BDC;

2. Document of the Council’s proceedings;
3. Prepare of the Council’s reports;and
4. Other assistance as may be required in the discharge of its functions.

Section5.Effectivity–This Order shall take effect immediately.
