Term & Conditions:

1. Payment: 50% Advance along with official order & 50% before Goods dispatch.
2. Packing & Freight Charges Extra.
3. All standard parts sold hereunder are warranted to be free from defects in
workmanship and material. Warranty is valid during One year for the Manufacturing
defect in any part of machinery.
4. Warranty excludes any damage because of consumer’s end Short Circuit
Problem or Physical damage or if the equipment was serviced, repaired, altered
or modified in any way by a company other than SM BIOTECH authorized engineer.
5. During warranty period, Seller/ Manufacturer shall provide some additional
parts which buyer request to Seller/ Manufacturer except consumable items.
If Service Engineer is required, Buyer has to provide round transportation fare
SL/Economy class and accommodation for the service engineer.
6. Order once placed cannot be canceled, if cancelled, advance payment cannot
be refund.
7. PUF Panels prices are subject to change.
8. Installation of AHU is extra.
9. All civil work is in customer scope.
Validity of Quotation: 15 days.
