Work Experience
My role as an SDR within the IAM & Cyber-security field is heavily focused on
generating new business & opportunities for the company by identifying,
contacting, and qualifying potential customers via both inbound and outbound. I
have been responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline
whilst working with AE’s in order to generate and close the sale. Using various
software such as sales force and sales loft in order to manage prospects is a vital
part of my role.
I dealt with various clients on a day-to-day basis by taking them through a soft
exactly what they are looking for and to provide efficient closure of the sale whilst
providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Assisting customers from when they walk in, to choosing the right car and
upselling additional products/ insurances. Target-based role with various set
targets from cars per day, percentage of add-ons, monthly KPI's and numerous
sub-targets.
Following up on leads to boost the level of sales. FCA regulated role. Monitoring
carried out on various sales ensuring customer objections are dealt with in the
correct manner.
I started off working as a sales assistant and also went through senior sales
training due to my supervisor experience. My role consisted of customer
assistance and re-stock and replenishing shelves. Including other various work
roles such as cleaning and stock taking.
