Request to Deduct Partial Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for Limited Units in Fourth

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as a beneficiary of the Tertiary
Education Subsidy (TES), and first and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude
for the invaluable assistance provided to me.

As an upcoming fourth-year student, I will only be undertaking 9 units in the

upcoming first semester of my fourth year in college. Understanding the principles of
responsible fund allocation, I kindly request that the TES fund not be disbursed in full at
this time. Rather than receiving the subsidy for the standard 25 units, I humbly request
that only the portion corresponding to the 9 units I will be undertaking be disbursed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am hopeful for your understanding
and favorable consideration of my request.
