Sub: REQUESTING FOR ARBITRATION

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that, Yester Jeans and Yester Accessories both are
100% Export oriented Ready-made garment company and member of your
esteemed association. Bombino Express Services Ltd. has provided services as a
logistic partner (Courier) for a long time and they have long outstanding dues.
We are chasing them for over two and half years and after several reminders by
our representatives, they have failed to pay us and nor they have any intensions
to pay. Our Director Mr. Munim Mahfuz, himself visited the Yester Office last
month to resolve this issue but their Managing Director Mr. Bishawjit Kar and
CEO Mr. Mahmudul Haque both even didn’t meet him in person. Here we want
to note that they also deduct our bills several times and even provide any
clarification against those deduction. Both companies combined total outstanding
dues amount is BDT 706,359.25.

Therefore, earnestly requesting BGMEA arbitration committee to take the

necessary action and resolve the issue at earliest possible time.
