WHAT IS COVID-19?

COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, is a respiratory

disease caused by a virus first identified in Wuhan, China. It
spreads through bodily fluids, close contact, and possibly
through sexual intercourse. Moreover, the symptoms of this
virus include cough, fever, difficulty breathing, and loss of taste
or smell. Detecting these symptoms early is crucial in containing
its spread. That is why the World Health Organization
implemented various safety measures, and protocols such as
social distancing, wearing masks, hand sanitizing, and
vaccination campaigns to lessen the spread of Coronavirus.
Furthermore, the global impact of COVID-19 has led to
widespread efforts to minimize its effects, resulting in
adjustments to daily life to adapt to changing circumstances.
