Yungca, Maria A. Yungca, of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and residents of Brgy. Umanday,
Bugallon, Pangasinan, do hereby appoint, Faustino A. Yungca, of legal age, Filipino, and
resident of Umanday, Bugallon, Pangasinan, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us
and in our name, place and stead and to perform on our behalf the following acts and things:

1. To process the documents Deed of Absolute Sale of over portions of land situated at
Salomague Sur, Bugallon, Pangasinan, Lot 34 Psd-01-034670, Lot 36 Psd-01-034670,
Lot 28 Psd-01-034670, Lot 31 Psd-01-034670, Lot 32 Psd-01-034670, Lot 27 Psd-01-
034670, Lot 33 Psd-01-034670, Lot 30 Psd-01-034670, Lot 35 Psd-01-034670, Lot 36
Psd-01-034670 covered by TCT Nos. 29075, 29077, 29069, 29072, 29073, 29068,
89074, 29071, 29076, 29071 respectively and acquires all necessary documents
required thereto and pays the necessary fees;

2. To register and transfer the same with BIR Alaminos City, Pangasinan, Register of Deeds
Lingayen, Pangasinan and issuance of Tax Declaration at Provincial Assessor’s Office.

3. To receive payment and sign pertinent papers and documents to the stated-purposes;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney full power and authority to
do and to perform every act requisite or necessary to carry into effects the foregoing authority as
fully to all intents and purposes as might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and conforming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
