 Currently working on RJIL MM Testing Project for Ericsson India ltd on Jharkhand location through
Decon telecom solutions provider as an RF Drive Test Engineer.

Key Responsibility

 Having strong knowledge on SCFT and ATP_11B.

 Monitor and collect drive data such as RSRP, SINR, DL throughput, UL throughput and VONR for smooth
performance of site.
 Optimize site to minimize overshooting and overlapping issue.
 Perform drive test on XCAL and collecting data for post process.
 Having strong knowledge on RF KPI such as PCI, RSSI, RSRP, SINR, CQI.
 Site Audit & Physical Optimization such as mechanical tilting, checking orientation mismatch and swap
rectification.
