This management plan serves the purpose of formalizing the procedures and policies crucial to
this organization (Company) and the responsibilities and authorities of everyone involved in
running it. This plan eliminates any possibility of our operations to be inconsistent, and clarifies
responsibilities of members of the organization hence making them prepared for any event.

Manager Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including
Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. This include
checking the quality of what we are giving to clients.
Quality Assurance;is a way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and
avoiding problems when delivering products or services to customers; which ISO 9000 defines
as "part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will
be fulfilled".
Queries; a question, often expressing about something or looking for an answer from an
authority.
MODE OF COMMUNICATION
The Company’s mode of communication is”TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION” with active
negotiation of meaning among individuals. The use of mobile phones by staff members all the
time. The company responds to emails within a considerable amount of time on daily basis.
Communication can also be made by facsimile and through postal services.
Employee Conduct Policies; every employee of this business should adhere to duties and
responsibilities as per individuals employment contract. No employee should be against any
policy of the Company.
Safety Policies;
Injuries, no matter how slight, must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
Any unsafe practices or hazards must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
Learn how to perform job duties safely before beginning. If there are questions, talk with
your supervisor directly.
Work at a safe speed. Do not endanger yourself or others by hurrying recklessly.
Horseplay and practical jokes can be dangerous and are not permitted in the workplace.
Anyone involved in such practices could be subject to severe discipline or dismissal.
Keeping the work area clean and organized is the responsibility of every employee. Keep
stairways, passageways, exits, and sidewalks clean and clear of obstructions.
Know the location and proper use of emergency exits and fire extinguishers.
Know the location and proper use of first aid kits and eyewash equipment.
