COUNCIL)

This management plan serves the purpose of formalizing the procedures and policies crucial to
this organization (Company) and the responsibilities and authorities of everyone involved in
running it. This plan eliminates any possibility of our operations to be inconsistent, and clarifies
responsibilities of members of the organization hence making them prepared for any event.

MMADIGURUNTU (PTY) LTD is a 100% citizen owned Company that has been in operation for a couple of
years specializing in the field of supplies. Over the years the Company has succefully done projects with
various government departments, parastatals and private sector under the leadership of Mr. Ontifile
Tsimakoko.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERSONNEL

Director (Mr. Ontifile Tsimakoko*-); General overseer of the Company and responsible for
addressing all the queries.

checking the quality of what we are giving to clients.

finances. Does all the invoicing. Remitting of monthly taxes

Quality Assurance;is a way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and
avoiding problems when delivering products or services to customers; which ISO 9000 defines
as "part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will
be fulfilled".

authority.

RESPONDING TO QUERIES/CUSTOMER SERVICE


MMADIGURUNTU (PTY) LTD always thrives for high customer satisfactory and we do that by
not compromising in our service delivery.
All queries are addressed to the Company director Mr Ontifile Tsimakoko be either in writing or
through a phone call. We are never defensive when responding to queries.
How we handle queries thereafter
 Every query is taken very seriously.
 We are never defensive when responding to queries.
 When a query is brought up is assessed and a solution is a given within 24 hours where
possible.
 Alternative/temporary solution at times is put in place to remedy any problemwhilst
working on a permanent solution.
 In cases whereby our client totally disregard what we offer/deliver it’s possible that we
can return whatever it was intended for the client.

MODE OF COMMUNICATION
The Company’s mode of communication is”TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION” with active
negotiation of meaning among individuals. The use of mobile phones by staff members all the
time. The company responds to emails within a considerable amount of time on daily basis.
Communication can also be made by facsimile and through postal services.

Substance Abuse Policies; the Company is committed to providing a safe work
environment and to promoting and protecting the health, the safety and wellbeing of our
employees. This commitment is jeopardized when an employee of this company engages in the
use, possession, sale, conveyance, distribution or manufacture of illegal drugs, intoxicants,
controlled substances or abuses prescription drugs or alcohol.

Employee Conduct Policies; every employee of this business should adhere to duties and
responsibilities as per individuals employment contract. No employee should be against any
policy of the Company.

Safety Policies;
 Injuries, no matter how slight, must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
 Any unsafe practices or hazards must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
 Learn how to perform job duties safely before beginning. If there are questions, talk with
your supervisor directly.
 Work at a safe speed. Do not endanger yourself or others by hurrying recklessly.
 Horseplay and practical jokes can be dangerous and are not permitted in the workplace.
Anyone involved in such practices could be subject to severe discipline or dismissal.
 Keeping the work area clean and organized is the responsibility of every employee. Keep
stairways, passageways, exits, and sidewalks clean and clear of obstructions.
 Know the location and proper use of emergency exits and fire extinguishers.
 Know the location and proper use of first aid kits and eyewash equipment.
