Synopsis:

The play follows the story of the Marino family, a tight-knit Italian-American family living in
Brooklyn, New York. The family runs a bustling Italian restaurant, "Cucina di Famiglia," which
has been passed down for generations. The matriarch of the family, Nonna Marino, is a master
chef who holds the family recipes close to her heart.
As the play begins, the family is preparing for the restaurant's 50th anniversary celebration. But
tensions arise when Nonna's oldest grandson, Anthony, announces that he has accepted a
prestigious culinary internship in Italy, threatening to leave the family business behind. Nonna is
heartbroken at the thought of losing Anthony, and the rest of the family must come together to
find a way to keep the restaurant and their family legacy alive.
