MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2021

As per the direction and instruction of G M DIC, Mayurbhanj the inaugural ceremony of
SFURTI cluster were planned to organize with the presence of Shri Bishweswar Tudu, Hon’ble
Minister of State for Jal Shakti and Tribal affairs Govt. of India on 21 st December 2021. All
programmatic support were received from the district and lock administration and special
guidance were undertaken from DIC office regarding all organisation process of the inaugural
ceremony. All artisans were prepared with their traditional methods of welcoming guest.

Welcome-Artisans welcome to the guest with their traditional methods like singing traditional folk
welcome song and by observing the all-rituals guest move forward to inaugurate CFC.

Name of the Guest-

 Chief Guest- Shri Bishweswar Tudu, Hon’ble minister of State for Jal Shakti and trial Affairs.
 Hon’ble guest- Shri Prakash Soren, Hon’ble MLA , Baripada, Mayurbhanj.

 Hon’ble guest- Sri Paranab Kumar Nayak, G M DIC, Mayurbhanj.
 Hon’ble guest- Sri Sibabrata Padhi, IED Odisha (Nodal Agency, MSME)
 Hon’ble guest- Suchismita Nayak, FMC (Technical Agency MSME)

Inauguration of Udala Sal Leaf & Honey cluster-

All the guest visited whole campus of the cluster and taken overview of the project details and major
outcome of this activity. Hon’ble Minister appraised a lot to the SPV and given thanks to both
implementing agency, technical agency and Nodal agency for implementing such innovative activities
which develop the skills of the local people and generate daily income of the rural trial people of
Mayurbhanj. Its also ale to sustain the livelihood of the people residing within the block and other
people of the neighboring block.

Inaugural ceremony-

Under the chairmanship G M DIC Mayurbhanj the formal inaugural ceremony meeting was held by
given welcome address to all the chief guest and hon’ble guest. Also, G M DIC welcome all the
electronics and print media person present during the meeting, welcome all block administration
/officials , local and district police staffs, person from Implementing Agency, Technical Agency and
Nodal Agency, artisans/farmers and all community members present during the ceremony.

Address given by Chief guest –Special thanks given to Implementing agency, technical agency and
Nodal agency for organizing such a wonderful inaugural ceremony and also extended heartly thanks to
secretary, SOOVA for taken this livelihood innovation under SFURTI scheme. This cluster will provide
livelihood income to the rural tribal people and strengthen the skills & capabilities of the
artisans/people. Hon’ble minister Given words of cooperation and help required for the cluster and
artisans in near future.

Address by MLA Baripada-SFURTI scheme is major innovative scheme designed and implemented by
Hon’ble Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi. So, people are welcome to take part in this activity.
Central Govt will help you at every stage of the life in providing basics needs and imparting technical
knowledge on traditional occupation. He given the words of cooperation required in near future for
development of the Cluster.

Address by MLA Udala-he has very much happy to e part of this inaugural ceremony, people need to
take the benefit from the cluster and SFURTI schemes. Grow your skills sustain your livelihood which
contribute to achieving the goal of “Susana of NDA Government”. I am ready to provide any type of
help for development of the scheme. Given thanks to IA, TA and NA for establishing this Cluster.
