01 Use clean hands while handling finished products.
02 Hold the jobs at proper place while counting and shifting and avoid damages.

03 Keep WIP material in dedicated area

04 Do not throw any material from height to ground.
05 Do not keep heavy material on other small / light component.
06 Take care that components of small thickness do not get distorted while
handling.
07 Always use appropriate size trays or polythene bags for safe handling as and
when required.
08 Ensure that the specific customer requirements of handling are met. For this
verbally discuss with either with Supervisor/ PARTNER.
09 Use proper tag as per material.
i.e. Tag-Inprocess, Tag- Despatch, Tag-Raw material with its status as
Accepted / Rejected / Rework etc

10 Keep proper material at proper (designated) place.

11 Do not mix rejected material with OK material or each other.
12 While handling packing material i.e. polythene bag ensure that bags are
not torned or damaged.
13 Keep Instruments & Gauges in dedicated boxes/ cases after use.
14 Keep Cutting oil & Kerosene drum closed after using to avoid vaporization of
it.
