Advantages & disadvantages of entrepreneurship

Advantages

1. You get to be the boss of your own firm, establishing policies and decisions based on your
strengths and abilities.
2. You will spend more hours to attain your goal because you will not have a regular schedule as in
an office.
3. If the business model isn't working, you have the authority to modify it.
4. You can set your own wage based on your requirements.
5. You have complete freedom to experiment with new ideas and fashions.

Disadvantages

1. Your business will take over your life, and you may have to make numerous sacrifices.
2. There are no monthly pay checks, as there are for ordinary employees.
3. You need to know how your competitor thinks and more
4. Expect a lot of stress if you want to get more done with what you have.

Even though there are drawbacks, if you work hard enough, you can achieve the life you desire.
