This Budget Proposal provides necessary costs associated with the Ala king, by La king. This budget
proposal is a requirement in our entrepreneurship subject. Costs for the products have been itemized in
this Budget Proposal below and justification has been provided for each element’s cost. Should you have
any questions related to this Budget Proposal please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.

1. Product Description

Chicken Ala King with rice– is a fried crispy chicken fillet (boneless piece of chicken) which is
partnered with rice, where the chicken fillet is smothered in Ala King sauce – a sauce that comprises of
carrots and parsley with a creamy sauce base. A serving of chicken ala king will then have a side of corn.
Corn (side dish)- a complimentary side dish for the crispy chicken ala king

2. Period Performance
The budget discussed in this proposal covers the duration of the entrepreneurial day within
NDSSM.

3. Cost Elements
The following are necessary cost elements of the project:
1. Direct Labor

These are the processes in making the product:


Fried Chicken Fillet
Ingredients:
- Chicken Fillet
- Egg
-Breadcrumbs
-crispy fry
-Calamansi
-Fish sauce

Procedures:

Step 1: tenderize the chicken with a chicken tenderizer.

Step 2: Slice each chicken breast into 8 strips.

Step 3: Marinate the chicken strips in fish sauce, crispy fry, and calamansi.

Step 4: Cover the marinated chicken strips with breadcrumbs then shake off any excess.

Step 5: Pre heat a pan to medium high heat with ½ liter of oil.

Step 6: Fry the chicken strips in the pan.

Step 6: After the chicken strips reach a golden-brown color set aside to rest on some tissue paper to rid
of the excess oil.

Step 7: Serve.

Ala King Sauce

Ingredients:

-Vegetable Oil

-Garlic
-Onion
-Carrot
-Parsley
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Cream
-Evaporated milk
Procedures:

Step 1: Dice garlic, onion, carrot, and parley.

Step 2: Pre heat a lightly oiled sauce pan with medium high heat.

Step 3: Sauté garlic, onion, and carrots respectively, with a 20 second interval after each respective
vegetable.

Step 3: Add half a cup of all purpose cream to the sauce pan then mix with the vegetables.

Step 4: Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a knorr chicken cube, then mix.

Step 5: Add half a cup of evaporated milk while continually stirring

Step 5: Wait till the mixture achieves a thick consistency, then serve.

The price will be set at Php 59 for a more affordable and easier/digestible appearance.

fillet in where this will avoid any unnecessary troubles while eating.
