Dear Ma’am and Sir!

Greetings! I'm writing to let you know that I was unable to attend the school activity on
October 12 and October 13 in the afternoon. I regret not being able to attend owing to a
combination of bad weather and being under the weather.
The weather on the day of the tournament was very adverse with a lot of rain and bad
conditions. I didn't want to put my health at risk by going outside, especially since I was
already feeling under the weather. I think it's crucial to put my health and wellbeing first
since they eventually have an impact on my capacity to actively participate in school
activities, and because I'm not with my parents, I don't have someone to turn to if
something were to go wrong.
I appreciate your attention and sensitivity to my predicament. I'm eager to recuperate
completely and fully reintegrate into the school community as an active member.
