Assignment 5: Produce a freehand pictorial sketch of three steps of wooden stair structure,
appropriately labeled. Create orthographic views for the front, plan, and end of these wooden
steps, and ensure that the correct projection symbols are displayed.

(N.B. ALL FREE HAND SKETCHES SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND A PICTURE

TAKEN TO BE UPLOADED DIGITALLY.)

Assignment 6: In compliance with the BMED syllabus and as part of Module 3B assignment 6,
candidates are tasked with a project. Your objective for this assignment is to redesign the NHT
housing development unit, as illustrated in the diagram below. Your redesign should result in a
two-story house, featuring no more than four bedrooms and no more than three bathrooms.
Please outline your proposed design and rationale for the modifications.
The following drawings must be created as part of this project:
-Site Plan with Access Road
-Existing Building Floor Plan
-Redesigned Structure Floor Plan for Both Floors
-Each floor should not exceed a square feet of 1200 ( 30’ x 40’)
-Three Elevations of the Complete Redesign
-Section Drawing through the Building
-Roof Details, including the Concrete Slab
-Foundation Details
-Stair Detail
-Utility Drawings, covering Plumbing and Electrical Systems.
All dimensions to be done in millimeters and you have exclusive autonomy to adjust room sizes
to any suitable measurement.
