Introduction
Aamal Q.P.S.C (Qatar), a subsidiary of Das Holding Group of companies www.dasholdings.qa has managed to establish
it’s self as prominent company in the field of facility management in the state of Qatar, working the umbrella guidance
of Qatar facilities LLC, the main regulator of facility management companies in the state of Qatar
Aamal Q.P.S.C (Qatar) focuses its intention on providing distinguished management services through its adherence to
Quality, comfort and safety, values being vital social services which the state of Qatar seeks to avail for all the society
members and clients at the highest level of quality and distinction. Aamal is operated by a team of most qualified and
experienced managers, males and females, who were carefully selected for this objective and under strict conditions
as follows:
Designation:
The employee will be employed as a cleaner as per state of Qatar labor laws and also Aamal rules and regulations.
The Contract:
Limited employment contract of fixed terms contract which is contract for specific commencement and completion
date. The limited contract to be renewed as unlimited contract and end of service benefits dues as per labor laws
The salary
Basic salary monthly of 1500qr+300qr (feeding) = 1800QR with fixed overtime as per company policy
The selected candidate shall work at Aamal Q.P.S.C and adhere by the terms and conditions of the signed limited
agreement in his country, the employer may dismiss the employee without notice for any of the following reasons
stated in Qatar labor law.
Disciplinary rules:
The employer as per article 120 and article 88 of Qatar labor law-federal law No (8) of 1980 may dismiss the employee
without notice for any of the following reasons stated in labor Law.
No worker shall work for another employer while on annual or sick leave provided for in the section. Where his
employer establishes that he has done so, he may terminate the worker’s services without notice and deny him the
pay in respect of the leave period
Probation Period:
During the 6months probation period, the employer may terminate the employment contract with immediate effect
for the following reasons.
The cleaner adheres to complete the specified contract period. If the contract is terminated by the employee for
reasons other than those stipulated under Article 120 0f the labor law, the employee will be liable to compensate the
employer for any loss resulting from the termination. And to abide by working for the period of (45days) as notice
period in accordance with the labor law and the regulations in force at Aamal communications
Working hours:
Employee working hours as per labor law , so employee is applicable for overtime benefits just in case 8hrs duty is
exceeded, the employee might request for over as his wish and performance
Day off:
1. Aamal is proceeding free work permit and residence visa process and any government procedures on arrival
with no charges or deduction for the candidate’s salary and the company is not for any incurred expenses by
the candidate in his home country
2. Free sharing furnished accommodation in workers camp approved by ministry of human resources but
kitchen facilities not applicable
3. The company has the right to determine the location and quality of housing according to labor law and
applicable regulations.
4. Transport provided by company to and from work
5. Free health insurance as per insurance policy in Qatar
6. Qatar identification card is provided free by the employer
7. Free uniform is provided by the company
8. Free personal bank accounts provided by the company as per labor law
9. Basic salary and overtime will be deposited in the employee’s account on a monthly basis
10. End of service ad repatriation Air ticket as per ministry of human resource
Training period:
One week paid training period must be undertaken by each new employee
Leave:
i. Yearly 30days paid annual leave basic salary (1500). Head of Dep. Approval is required according to work
requirements so leave may be postponed or rescheduled as per labor law. The annual or emergency leave
ticket is not applicable.
ii. Drivers have to settle the outstanding amounts and to provide Guarantors for emergency and or annual leave
due to high outstanding amount
iii. Emergency leave not applicable during training and probation period without certified documents of sickness
or death of first degree relatives
Important notice:
Employee on arrival is responsible for submitting his original passport to the Human resource department with the
visa copy, Employee must submit the medical report obtained from his home country with certified stamps, 8 passport
sized photos.
Undertaking

Certifying that I attended the company contract presentation preface by the company representative, the
presentation contains the offer letter terms clarification and communication structures, so I agree to work as a cleaner
and I accept all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document and take responsibility to perform and
demonstrate the civilized conception and vision of the state of Qatar
The cleaner (employee) is not entitled to work in a competitor companies after contract expiration
NOTES:
Aamal acknowledges that all mentions information’s of the offer letter is according to the labor contract terms and
conditions. Therefore Aamal is not responsible for any information otherwise specified than this document. The
company is providing all mentions facilities and benefits as per the procedures to recruit the cleaner without any
financial transactions with recruitment agent, according to the labor of the state of Qatar.
