TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This letter is to afirm that I met Neil J. Gillespie sometime in


1987 in connection with his desire to sell a property at 2240 East
Lincoln Highway Langhorn, Pennsylvania. * At that time Mr. Gillespie
was a resident of the city of Philadelphia having an apartment at
the Wanamaker House 2020 Walnut Street.

I was retained by him as his agent in connection with the sale of the
Langhorne property. In June of 1988 the sale was consumated and this
was a substantial transaction in the sum of $1,900.000. Subsequent _tal
this sale Mr. Gillespie purchased a pr\!perry at 1107-13 West Erie Avenue
through a corporate aquisition in the name of Quality Investment
Properies, Inc. On Erie Avenue I handled the management of the property.

In all my dealings with Mr. Gillespie I found him to be a man of integrity,


well trained in business sensitive to others and in short a person of
high character and intelligence.
