According to this book I highlighted some useful tips:

interest in their well-being, offering support, and demonstrating respect for their individuality.
Positive relationships can enhance student motivation and engagement.

desired behaviours. Praise, encouragement, and tangible rewards can motivate students to
continue exhibiting positive behaviours.

address concerns promptly, and provide timely feedback. Monitoring allows teachers to
intervene proactively and support students in making positive choices.

before they arise. This may include structuring lessons effectively, providing engaging
activities, and maintaining a well-managed classroom environment.

effectively. For kids it is very important to be praised.
2. Build Positive Relationships: I will foster positive relationships with 2nd-grade
students to create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment. I understand that
I need to take the time to get to know each student individually, show genuine interest
in their interest. It can helom me to draw their attention.
3. Differentiate Instruction: I recognise and accommodate the diverse learning needs of
my 2nd-grade students by differentiating instruction. I will provide varied activities
and materials that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
