DATE SHEET FOR THE INTERMEDIATE PART I & II / LANGUAGES (1st ANNUAL) EXAMINATION, 2024
NOTE: (1) The Intermediate (Part I& II) Examination in the Subjects of (i) English (Compulsory), (ii) Urdu (Compulsory), (iii) Islamic Education (Compulsory (iv) Pakistan studies (Compulsory)
(v)Tarjuma-Tul-Quran-Ul-Majeed (Compulsory) (vi) Punjabi, (vii) Islamic Studies (Elective), (viii) Education, (ix) Mathematics, (x) Physics (xi) Chemistry (xii) Biology and Computer Science will
be held in “TWO GROUPS i.e. MORNING GROUP & EVENING GROUP” in all other subjects the Examination will be taken at one & the same time by all the candidates according to the date sheet.
(2) The Group in which a candidate is to take the examination shell be mentioned on his/her Roll Number Slip. No candidate shell be allowed under any circumstances whatever to
take the examination in a group and the center of examination other than the one allotted to him/her.
(3) Questions in lieu of Translation have been incorporated in English (Compulsory) paper (II) for those candidates who have especially been offered Alternative Easy Course
of Urdu. There will be no separate Question paper for such candidates.
Most
Important (I) ANY GENERAL / LOCAL HOLIDAY DURING THE EXAMINATION WILL NOT EFFECT THE DATE SHEET. THE EXAMINATION WILL BE HELD ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE.
(II) ALL THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO STRICTLY FOLLOW WITH “ SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS “ PRINTED ON THE BACK OF THE DATE SHEET.
(III) THERE SHELL BE TWO SESSION ON FRIDAY ALSO. MORNING SESSION 8 :30 A.M to 11 : 30 A.M. EVENING SESSION 2 : 30 P.M to 5 : 30 P.M.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

Candidates are advised to note the following instruction and to follow them strictly.
(1) In case of loss of Roll Number Slip / Practical Slip, get your Duplicate
- identity slip from the relevant branch after deposit Rs.350/- in the branch of
Habib Banch located in the Board office. A candidate who miss his/her practical examination for cogent reason be allowed to appear preferably
in the same Laboratory and with the same Examiner for practical examination provided that the practical examination is still under way and that
too after having sought permission from the Chairman and payment of charges Rs. 2000/- for issuance of special slip.
(2) Any general/local holiday during the Examination will not effect the date sheet. The Examination will be held according to the schedule.
(3) Candidature of such a candidate who has specially been issued “PROVISIONAL ROLL NUMBER SLIP” for taking his/her Examination
shall be cancelled if he/she is found as and when, NOT ELIGIBLE to take the Examination under the Board’s Rules and its
responsibility shall entirely lie with the candidate.
(4) Good conduct in and around the Examination Centre and proper behaviour with its supervisory staff is expected from every candidate. However,
any one is found meddling with the affairs of Examination, indulging, abetting assisting or instigating the candIdates for disorderly behaviour OR
walk out , shall be liable for severe punishment under Board’s rules.
(5) According to Board’s rules Candidates are allowed to use SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR but the same cannot be used as Mini Computer.
