Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS
 6 chicken legs bone-in and skin-on
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 2 tablespoon lemon juice
 2 tablespoons honey
 1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary
 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
 Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:
 Parley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce, green onions, herbs, spices, cooking oil, garlic, vinegar, sesame
oil and ginger. Mix well and set aside.
2. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Trim off any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper then transfer
chicken to the bowl with the marinade. Cover and marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes if time
allows (or overnight).
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
4. Lightly grease a 10x10 baking dish with olive oil and set it aside.
5. In a large bowl mix lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Add chicken legs and toss to combine.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine.
7. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken
reaches 165 degrees F or until golden brown ensure the chicken doesn't dry out on top.
8. Broil for 5 minutes at high heat until golden browned and slightly charred on the edges. Chicken should
have an internal temp of 165°F (or 70°C).
9. Garnish with parsley and optional sesame seeds and Serve chicken.
