Dear IRS Agent,

In Order to Enforcement my American Banker/Creditor’s Rights:

I will be submitting TAX and Banking Infringement Charges into an Article III Circuit
Court as a co-Plaintiff along with “The United States of America” as the Nation, IF this
TAX Banking transaction IS NOT settled within the 3 days required by Law. PS; this means
NO BAR attorneys on your side.

The charges will be against the Agent that signed for delivery acceptance and this IRS
Office; this is not a Threat but a Banker’s promise; also a Right of Self-Defense.

If for some valid reason it cannot be processed, you are to contact me by phone (641)
