process will take (3 days) on a good sunny weather, when the weather condition is not good process can reach up to (7 days).
Through this process, the seaweed (Kappaphycus alverezii) can be pulverized easily.
Phase IV- Pulverizing Process
Pulverization is the process in which the researchers use a Food Processor(blender) and even apply a force on the seaweed
(Kappaphycus alverezii) just to reduce its particular size. This creates the process easily. It makes the seaweeds (Kappaphycus
alverezii) consistency looks like a powder, which is specifically needed.
Phase V- Mixing Process
In this process, all the elements will be combined together to form a new substance. Powdered Seaweed will be mix with all other
ingredient such as, (glycerol), (gelatin), (distilled water), and (food coloring). On a low heat, put all the ingredient and stir gradually
Phase VI- Molding Process
In this study, the molding is one of the most important procedures. The whole process is about to end. After the mixing process,
pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Silicone in most cases, liquid materials can be poured on it. Then it can also make the
substance form in shape of the mold cavity. After pouring the mixture, wait until it gets dry. It will take 3 to 7 days until it is fully
hardened.

05 RECOMMENDATIONS
 Assess the potential positive impact of widespread adoption of seaweed-based bioplastics in the market: By replacing petroleum-based plastic products with bioplastics, we can significantly reduce the
production and consumption of traditional plastics. This shift towards sustainable alternatives can lead to a significant decrease in plastic waste, minimizing environmental pollution and the detrimental
effects of plastic on ecosystems. Additionally, the availability of plastic products made from renewable resources like seaweed can create a market demand that promotes a more sustainable and
circular economy.
 Conduct Experimentation: It is recommended to conduct experiments using different measurements and variations of the ingredients to determine the optimal formulation and processing conditions
for seaweed-based bioplastics. By systematically testing and analyzing the mechanical properties, flexibility, and biodegradability of the bioplastics, valuable insights can be gained to improve their
overall performance and meet specific application requirements.
 In making bioplastic, must deduct the amount of glycerol/glycerin for less oiliness on the plastic and instead add some additional of pulverized seaweed.
