RELATIONSHIP NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into on 03-28-

2024 between John Christopher Depp II, and Natalie A
Lovato located at sunnyside Dr. Elkhorn,WI 53121

1. Confidential Information:

a. Definition: For the purpose of this Agreement,

"Confidential Information" shall include any and all
information, whether oral, written, or otherwise, disclosed
by either Party to the other that is marked as confidential
or should reasonably be considered confidential given the
circumstances of disclosure.

b. Examples: Confidential Information may include, but is

not limited to, proprietary business information, trade
secrets, financial data, customer lists, marketing
strategies, product plans, and any information related to
personal relationships between the Parties.

2. Obligations:

a. Protection: Each Party agrees to hold the Confidential

Information in strict confidence and to take all necessary
precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

b. Access: Access to the Confidential Information shall

be limited to those individuals who have a need to know
for the purposes outlined in this Agreement and who
have been informed of and agreed to abide by the terms
of this Agreement.

3. Exclusions:

a. Exceptions: This Agreement shall not apply to

information that: (i) is or becomes publicly available
through no fault of the receiving Party; (ii) is rightfully
obtained by the receiving Party from a third party without
breach of any confidentiality obligation; (iii) is
independently developed by the receiving Party without
reference to the disclosing Party's Confidential
Information; or (iv) is required to be disclosed by law,
regulation, or court order, provided that the receiving
Party gives prompt notice to the disclosing Party to allow
them the opportunity to seek a protective order or other
appropriate remedy.

4. Term and Termination:

a. Term: This Agreement shall commence on the effective

date and shall remain in effect for a period of time spent
together.

b. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement

at any time upon written notice to the other Party. Upon
termination, each Party shall promptly return or destroy all
Confidential Information received from the other Party
and certify in writing to the other Party that all such
Confidential Information has been returned or destroyed.

5. Miscellaneous:
a. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of
[jurisdiction].

b. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the

entire understanding and agreement between the Parties
with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes
all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to
such subject matter.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this

Agreement as of the date first above written.
