Note:
Points to be Followed while Preparing Assignment
1. All the students of LLB III year have to submit their assignment
mandatorily, failing which deduct your internal marks out of 10 marks.
2. Attempt any two long topics from each unit of the course syllabus (2*4= 08
topics)
3. Assignment submission should be in Hand written form.
4. Submission should be in hardcopy and a scanned copy of the same have to
be submitted in the drive shared by the subject teacher mentioning the file
name as follows- “LLB III Full Name _Subject name Semester Name”.
5. Page Limit for each topic is 4-7 pages (including- laws, sections, articles,
case laws) etc.
6. Medium of Assignment submission is English /Hindi
7. Follow Annexure I for the front page. Take a print out of it and put it on the
first page of your Assignment file.
8. Each topic carries 5 Marks.
9. Assignment Submission date (Both Hardcopy and soft copy) is on or before
02nd April 2024.
10.Tentative Viva Date is 06th April 2024.
11.A4 size sheet is to be used for writing assignment. (Stick files only No
Spiral binding)
