As an online tutor at The Circle Trainings, you are committed to upholding the highest standards of
excellence and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

 Conducting engaging and interactive virtual tutoring sessions using Zoom to facilitate student
learning and comprehension.
 Developing customized lesson plans and educational materials tailored to the unique needs and
learning objectives of each student.
 Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to foster their intellectual growth and
academic success.
 Maintaining accurate records of student progress, session notes, and assessment results to track
performance and identify areas for improvement.
 Collaborating with fellow tutors, academic coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure the
seamless delivery and optimization of the tutoring program.
 You will be responsible for the handling and managing of paid campaigns on Meta.

We are offering you 50% amount of the Graphic Designing Course revenue. Your earnings will be paid in
two equal parts, 50% on the 30th day of each month, via Online Bank Transfer or Bank Cheque.
