To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter in regards to Mr. Alfarook Ziadeh. I have had the pleasure of knowing
Alfie the past 2 years; he has been a student of mine as well as a participant in the baseball
program these past few years at El Capitan High school. I’ve had the pleasure of watching him
play for a year and have watched him grow up into a bright and intelligent young man. He is
very hard working in the classroom and on the field, a leader with an ideal Gaucho attitude.

Some goals Alfarook has after he finishes high school are furthering his education at a college or
university which will challenge his motivation and character. He is totally committed to working
on his future and staying focused throughout high school. He showed a great deal of dedication
to his studies and often would call me to ask questions about certain aspects of assignments he
would receive. To me this showed a great deal of respect and willingness to make sure he had
all the help he could find.

In both situations Alfarook, I know, will show a great deal of professionalism. He is very well
liked and respected by his friends, family and teammates. I believe that he will make an
excellent professional one day, for he has exhibited all of the qualities necessary to do so. He is
intelligent, hard working, motivated, and extremely loyal. He will be a great addition to any
college/university that he chooses. I highly recommend him for your University/Team.
