Zoho Books Balance Sheet:

“Drive&Deliver” is a logistics company which is need of digitising their records.

Below you’ll find 8 operations which happened during the first month of that
year. You need to write them down in Zoho Books, make a screenshot of the
results and upload the screenshot into Moodle. Transactions were as follows:
1. 06.01.2024 Company got an order for 8,000 € with half of it being paid for
immediately. The work is expected to be finished in two weeks.
2. 07.01.2024 Company’s old printer which initially was worth 79€ is now
being sold for only 12€. Luckily, buyer paid in cash when picking it up.
3. 08.01.2024 Preparing for work, company purchased materials worth 760€,
paying 40% up front to the deliverer and promising to pay the rest in 5 days.
4. 16.01.2024 Company got paid by the customer 1600 € for the product
delivered last month.
5. 20.01.2024 Company delivered full order from 6th of January. However,
once delivery driver came, customer couldn’t pay. An agreement was made
that the buyer will send the rest of the payment via bank transfer.
6. 21.01.2024 Company paid for the materials bought on 08.01.2021.
7. 28.01.2024 For the first month of its operations the company paid: 145 € for
advertising, 25 € for telephone services, 1,450 € for salaries for the workers,
274 € for utilities of the factory.
8. 29.01.2024 According to the recent checkup all materials were used during
the the month of January.
