I/We hereby agreed to give you Perbadanan Pengurusan Permas Ville my/our undertaking to responsible care not to damage
any parts of the common property whilst my/our contractor attend to the shifting works. In the event my/ our contractor fail to
observe the above and or fall to clean the areas used for the shifting works or clear all the debris rubbish, etc completion of the
said shifting works, deposit sum above will be utilized to rectify the damage caused or attend to require works, clean and or
repair the common property. I/We hereby agree and undertake to abide by all Term and Conditions and fully indemnified in
respect of all claims, losses, liabilities or damages incurred as a result of a breach by my/ our Contractor.
