Dear Sir,
I would like to take out a subscription to Modern Geographic magazine. I sometimes pick up copies of
your publication when I travel, and I have always been impressed by the quality of your articles and
pictures. As an environmentalist, I particularly enjoy your section on world resources and environmental
issues. I will not be needing a copy of the world map, so I would like to ask you NOT to send it. I feel it
would be a waste of resources to receive something that I will not use. I have enclosed a check for
$23.95 and look forward to receiving my first issue.
Regards,
Miguel Sousa
