I. Introduction

This portfolio contains all of the activities,

quizzes and performance tasks this quarter. It
will also showcase my improvement and all of
the knowledge gained throughout the fourth
and last grading of Mathematics.

I gained some knowledge about

trigonometric ratios, special angles, angle of
elevation and depression, law of sine and
cosine.

I had fun designing the portfolio,

because I got to show my creativity and use a
variety of colors. I am also proud of all the tasks
I have finished with my own effort and ability.

I chose this as my best output for the

fourth quarter, because the portfolio holds
all of my works and achievements that I
accomplished to the best of my ability.
III. Best Output

For the fourth and last quarter, I

trigonometric ratios, special angles,
angle of elevation and depression, law of
sine and cosine.

At first, I had some problems with

managing my schedule and doing
things on time. In order to solve this
problem, I first finished all of my
activities one by one, then proceeded to
make the portfolios. I also made a
schedule on which ones to do first in
order to be organized.

I think that I can use what I have

learned this quarter in my everyday life.
In the near future, I aspire to surpass my
current achievements. For that to
happen, I will continue to give my best
efforts into everything I do.
