● Student taught in Integrated Math 2/3 Honors and Integrated Math 3 under guidance of
multiple teachers of various experience levels and supervision of an experienced UCI
teacher
● Assisted a long term substitute teacher in teaching Precalculus Honors on the request of
the school’s Principal
● Worked with school staff to implement various lesson plans that properly accommodate
for and support students with IEPs and English Language Learners though word banks,
planned discussions, and sentence frames
● Developed and taught daily lesson plans which incorporated mathematical phenomena,
real world applications, and focus on conceptual understanding that have been reviewed
and supervised by mentor teachers and UCI supervisors
