An Iconic Landmark Along Han River

本方案结合富有特色的造型与组织方式,旨在将多种
功能完美融合以形成城市生活中心,并在汉江边营造
有力的地标效应。其未来导向的设计理念,必将对武
汉未来的城市发展起到示范作用。

The building ensembles‘ iconic shape and formation set a strong landmark
at the shores of Han river. The project’s future-oriented concept of a perfect
integration of multiple programs into an urban center will have a lighthouse
effect on future developments in Wuhan.

A Vibriant District Center

全面的业态与良好的区位是本方案的优势,精心规划
设计的步行商业区极有潜力成长为市民活动的都市热
点区域。本项目作为一个朝气蓬勃的都市单元,将作
为区域中心辐射相邻街区乃至整个周边区域。

In order to serve as a vivid urban module, the project will form a center within the
whole development and the surrounding district. Its various functional mix and
its prime location will provide an urban hot spot to the citizens with a pedestrian
commercial zone as the core of the area.

A Greened Urban Island

高质量的开放空间将会提升居民与访客的生活品质。
本方案并不满足于仅仅利用基地得天独厚的滨水开放
空间,在设计中结合实际进一步塑造了各具特色的多
种公共空间。
有序规划的屋顶平台和空中花园将绿色进一步引入建
筑空间。

The open space qualities will enhance the life quality of residents and visitors.
Taking advantage of its location by the shore of Han river, the project will not
only adapt the open space qualities of the waterfront but will further provide
multiple types of public spaces of various characters.
The green will also be elevated into the buildings by roof terraces and sky gardens.

高效的多层城市连结系统
An Efficient Multi-Level Urban Link

位于二层的栈道与平台系统为建筑、交通设施和开放
空间之间提供了高效便捷的连接,行人因而能够在建
筑群中穿行自如而不被车流干扰。垂直交通被置于中
央节点处。

Efficient connections between buildings, transportation facilities and open


spaces are ensured by a bridge and platform network on Level 2. Pedestrian flows
are guided smartly between the buildings and disinterupted by vehicular traffic.
Vertical links are placed at central knots.

和谐的柔性体量
A Soft-Lined Harmony

建筑形体与开放空间的设计反映了江岸本身柔和的曲
线。建筑的体块被水流软化,如岩石饱受江水冲刷,
赋予其独具特色的造型和个性。

The soft waves of the shores of Han river are reflected in the building shape and
open space formations. Like stones in the river, the volumes are softened by the
flows and currents, giving the entire ensemble its iconic shape and character.

本案地处汉江边,地理位置优越,虽不是武汉的商业中心,仍将受益

基地及周边地区主要受主要交通轴线和大型城市基础设施影响,其劣势需运用设计手段和开放空间规划措施
来消除。目前沿江空间与基地呈割裂状态。
The site and surrounding are currently dominated by huge traffic axes and infrastructures. The disadvantages which come
with that have to be solved by the design and open space planning. The riverfront is currently disconencted from the site.

塔楼立面
Facade Design Tower

塔楼的立面设计强调了建筑的功能分区。水平的间隔层赋予建筑体量
结构感;主要功能分区水平划分,并各自被优雅的竖向金属格栅立面
围合,沿曲线外轮廓形成柔和的渐变效果。塔楼上部的格栅密度降
低,在夜间照明下形成灯塔效果。

The facade design is emphasizing the programmatic zones in the building.


Horizontal gap levels are structuring the building volumes.
The single zones are framed horizontally. Each zone itself has an elegant vertical
facade structure defined by metal fins. Along the curved outline of the buildings
this facade treatment creates a fine gradient.
The density of the fins is reduced in the top portion of the tower which gives a
lighthouse effect during nighttime illumination.
文化与体育组团立面
Facade Design Culture and Sports Buildings

文化体育组团采用双层立面设计,其中竖向穿孔金属板层采用双色交
错设计,其随机分布反映各层水平分隔。间隔层之上的塔楼部分根据
室内办公要求降低格栅密度。

The culture and sports program zones have a second facade layer consisting
of vertical metal mesh elements of two different color tones. The irregular
distribution of these elements give each floor a horizontal division.
The office zones above the gap levels have a lesser density according to the
interior space requirements.

公交枢纽立面
Facade Design Bus Hub

公交枢纽及商业建筑的立面采用暖色调的竖向不规则穿孔金属格栅,
其透明度可保证近观内外视线通达,而远观则视线不能穿透。

The bus hub commercial buildings share an irregular vertical facade pattern
of warm toned metal mesh louvers whose transparency allows relatively good
view conditions from inside to outside. From far distance the pattern‘s density
will appear as a screen.
